    Texas based+ Traveling

    Job Summary
    Our client is looking for a Project Site Manager to work with our Project Management Team to coordinate and report on project site activities. These projects vary in complexity and scope and may include Pallet/case/sortation conveyor systems, rack-supported buildings, ASRS, AGVs.

    Experience

    • 2+years of Site Management or Project Coordination experience within a construction or industrial installation environment.

    • Experience with installation and commissioning of automated electromechanical system. (Preferred)

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Trades, mechanical, or engineering hands-on experience sufficient to create good problem-solving skills and autonomy on client site.

    • Technical or mechanical knowledge sufficient to read drawings, specs, and troubleshoot
    • Positive attitude and good communication skills to both client and internal team members

    • Ability to travel 75% typical during week with return to home base most weekends. Occasional periods of 100% potential depending on project needs.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.

    • Oversight of the agreed Quality Plan for onsite activities and materials Management planning processes

    • Maintaining quality control procedures.

    • Assisting the assigned Project Manager with supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and reporting as needed to the Sales Team.

    • In conjunction with the assigned Project Manager, coordinating and supervising construction and trades workers.

    • Conduct Site Safety Training and Regulatory Checks.

    • Lead Site coordination/ reporting daily meetings with all project execution resources (setting and reviewing daily targets, driving mitigation/contingency activities, etc.)

    • Review the Commissioning Plan and site Commissioning requirements with the Field Commissioning Team.

    • Review Engineering team Commissioning readiness.

    • Manage Site Critical Path & monitor potential delays (late engineering changes, missing material orders, late material arrival, safety shutdown, etc.).

    • Organize onsite Customer Training in areas of Operations, maintenance, and safety.

    • Provide required onsite live support as needed.
