    Description

    HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Inverness, Florida.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Shift: 12 hours, days
    • Employment Type: Travel

    Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

    • Experience with vents, pressors and multiple drips, end of life

    • CRRT PrismaFlex and lots of sepsis

    Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

    •  CVI experience,

    •  

    List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

    •   Bronch, EGD, TEE, Central/Aline placement and chest tubes

    •  

    Best personality Fit:

    • Positive personality, Team Player

    •  Will float to step down when census is low

    Number of Beds – 18 (Under construction and opporating with 14)
    Number of Staff – 31
    Type of staff:
    Day Shift – 2 CNC, 2 Relief CNC rest RNs, 1 PCT
    Night Shift - 2 CNC, rest RNs
    Patient Ratios – 1:2 typically, 1;3 with downgrades, and occasional 1:1
    Type of equipment - Philips monitor, Kangaroo Pump, Hill rom, bed
    EMR - Cerner
