    Our client - a Fortune 100 investment firm in Salt Lake City, UT - is looking for Customer Service Representative with a strong interest in investment banking company to interview and start immediately.

    Position Description


    • Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client accounts.


    • Calls must respond accurately and efficiently while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.


    • Functional support areas include Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
