    The Sales Coordinator I is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities pertaining to the sale of equipment

    Essential Functions:
    Acts as the primary contact for internal and external customers, Sales Force Team, Demo, Loaner, RPO, and Sales RepresentativesCoordinates equipment for Demo, Loaner, RPO, and SalesCertificate of Insurance (COTI) management and assists sales representatives with COTI documentationReconciles bi-monthly inventory in a timely mannerSchedules delivery and pick-up of inventoryDirects and monitors product health loaner processMaintains the appropriate stocking level of Work ToolsInitiates credit release requests as neededCreates call-off documents for internal hauled equipmentRequires regular and punctual employee attendanceWorks safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of construction equipment sales industryKnowledge of business accounting principlesExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsIntermediate computer and related software applications skillsIntermediate MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills; Advanced MS Word skillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsAbility to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional mannerThe ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writingThe ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentencesEducation and Experience:Less than one year of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
