    Contract Manager(Hybrid)

    Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote

    Location: Fort Collins, CO

    Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Contracts Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. In this role, you'll have the primary responsibility of managing the customer interface over the contract life cycle, establishing the contractual framework where applicable, and administering claims management. You'll use your expertise in contracts drafting and negotiation to ensure that all contracts are legally sound and meet our company's requirements. Additionally, you'll provide support for contract negotiations and claims management functions to help us drive our success.

    What you will be doing...

    • Manages the customer interface over the contract life cycle.
    • Reviews customer contract drafts and executes under the established proposal pricing strategies and cost targets.
    • Leads and ensures timely commercial review of contracts, including functional reviews of commercial terms.
    • Ensures commercial terms align with business, commercial, operational, and supply chain objectives.
    • Identifies compliance risks and consults with applicable stakeholders to determine the approach.
    • Negotiates pricing and contractual framework for both OEM and repair, maintenance, overhaul, and service agreements.
    • Manages contracts to ensure compliance with Client's obligations and enforcement of Client's rights, such as design changes, pricing, liquidated damages, payment, and administration.

    What We Are Looking For...

    • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
    • 2+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in contract administration, government contract administration, commercial operations, and/or sales
    • 2+ years of experience in the related industry
    • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contract drafting, including language implications
    • Understanding of commercial terms and industry standards
    • Experience in managing existing contracts to ensure compliance and enforcement of rights, customer claims management and support, and effective relationship management.
    • Strong organizational savvy, ability to identify and use available resources, and fosters and encourages innovation.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, organizational and planning skills, ability to adapt to different cultures, effective listening and strong collaboration skills.
