    • Managing a complex system integration project resource, project staff, multiple contractors, and procurement and tracking of purchases.
    • Coordinating all transportation and sustainment support for equipment and personnel.

    • Analyzing existing operations and implementing effective systems, strategies, and processes to improve operational performance

    • Oversaw and coordinated inventory management, procurement actions, maintenance, repairs, and serviceability of all equipment and supplies for healthy operations.
    • Provide support to create Materials Submittal (MS), Method of Statement (MoS), High Level Design (HLD) Documents, Low Level Design (LLD) Documents, Shop Drawing, Single Line Diagram, Proof of Concept (PoC), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Service Level Agreement (SLA), Project Quality Plan (PQP), etc.
    • Ensure uniform, nametags and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and compliance with company policies and procedures

    Your skills and experience:

    Qualification & Experience:
    BA in engineering with 10 years of extensive experience and the ideal candidate shall demonstrate strong qualification in integration, and implementation of below systems along with min 6 mega or complex-environment relevant projects experience:

    Physical Security:
    Video Surveillance, Video Analytics, Burglar System, Access Control, ID Management.

    Industrial Security:

    Intrusion Detection and Assessment Systems (IDAS), Long-Range Surveillance, Thermal Imaging, Radars, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, Automatic License Plate Recognition, Under-vehicle Screening, Barriers and Turnstiles, Anti-Drones.


    • Physical Security Management Systems, Integration and Standard Operation Procedures.

    Audio Visual solutions:

    Sound System, Interactive screen, Video conference and collaboration systems, control system, videowalls, Direct LED, Digital Signage, Projectors, stage light, etc.


    • Internet of Things (IoT): Sensors & Actuators, Gateways, Cloud gateway, Streaming data processor, Machine learning, Big Data, Use cases Application
    • ELV, signal flow, cabling, wired/wireless networking, Information technology.

    Knowledge:

    • Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Client Relation.
    • P&L Accountability, Budgetary Control, Cash Flow.
    • Contracts negotiation, contract types and contractual terms.
    • Claim, Change Order Management and Contract Management including contract reviews, commercial analysis of customer and supplier contracts for claim or variation order potential.
