We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent VP of Revenue Cycle Management in the Medical industry.
This executive-level position plays a crucial role in the strategic planning and management of the company's revenue cycle, including operations and strategy, financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence to drive our company's financial success.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's revenue cycle management operations.Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
Drive cost transformation profitability initiatives to optimize the company's financial performance.
Oversee multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement payor strategy/contracting initiatives to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
Lead change management/process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee acquisitions/integrations/implementation to ensure smooth transitions and optimal business outcomes.
Collaborate with other executive team members to align strategies and operations to company goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management in the medical industry, with a demonstrated track record of success.
Extensive experience in operations and strategy, financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional performance.
