    Pay
    $30.00-$50.00 hourly -Pay is contingent upon years of experience, with consideration given to previous employer references, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the field

    Responsibilities

    Perform efficient operations, repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on a variety of air conditioning and heating systems, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

    Maintain strict adherence to safe work practices, aligning with OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards, to ensure a secure working environment during the execution of assigned duties.

    Implement and execute preventative maintenance plans for HVAC systems to minimize downtime, enhance equipment lifespan, and proactively address potential issues.

    Maintain accurate records of service activities, including detailed documentation of repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks. Generate comprehensive reports for internal and client review.
    Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to ensure that all systems meet or exceed industry standards. Strive for excellence in every service call, contributing to the company's reputation for delivering top-tier HVAC solutions.

    Demonstrate proficiency in handling diverse equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, controls, and other mechanical and electrical components within buildings
    While not mandatory, a preferred qualification is familiarity with kitchen and refrigeration equipment, as well as comprehensive knowledge of various refrigerants
    A minimum of

    5 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service , showcasing a depth of knowledge in the field
    Strong oral and written communication required
    Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas
    Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments
    Valid Drivers license
    Ability to stand, sit, or squat for extended periods.
    Ability to lift, move, and carry material up to 50 lbs.
    Ability to climb stairs, and ladders and work at extended heights.
    Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection.
    Working knowledge of desktop computers and Internet-based programs to perform required annual training.
    Ability to maintain a neat personal appearance
