Join Our Pediatric Therapy Dream Team in Washington, DC

Do you love working with children, love empowering families, love furthering your knowledge, but also want a work-life balance and to love your job? Now is your chance to join an amazing team of pediatric therapists at our well-established, therapist-owned, holistic practice in the heart of Penn Quarter, Washington, DC. We're looking for a patient-focused Occupational Therapist who's ready to make a lasting impact on children and their families through play-based, client-centered therapies.

Work in both our vibrant downtown clinic and community-based settings (homes, childcare centers, schools)
Hour long follow up sessions and 2 hour evaluations so you never feel rushed and can truly focus on patient care and family support
Create and manage your schedule to fit your individual needs (REALLY, we promise)
Empower children ages 2 months to 18 years with diverse diagnoses including cerebral palsy, ASD, SPD, fine motor delays, and genetic/chromosomal conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experienced and passionate physical therapists, speech therapists, and educators
Access to continuing education to access to one of the most experienced and knowledgable teams in DC

What You'll Do

Design and adapt individualized treatment plans that spark progress and confidence
Teach children and families creative strategies to tackle everyday tasks
Assess environments and recommend modifications to maximize independence
Introduce adaptive equipment and train families in its use
Track progress, celebrate milestones, and document outcomes
Partner with colleagues to deliver holistic, integrated care

What We're Looking For

Licensed Occupational Therapist in DC (BS degree or higher)
At least 2 years of pediatric OT experience preferred
Strong knowledge of OT principles and evaluation tools (PDMS-2, SPM, Beery, Bayley, etc.)
Compassion, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
A lifelong learner with a holistic perspective and a passion for growth
