Description
The Department of Sociology at Trinity College in Hartford, CT seeks to fill a full time, one-year, non-tenure track position for a generalist Visiting Assistant Professor with the ability teach Research Methods and Statistics.
This position will begin in July 2024.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach a total of five courses per year: 101 Principles of Sociology, Research Methods, Social Statistics, and two other courses whose topic will depend on the candidate's interest and the department's curricular needs.
With more than 2,100 full-time undergraduate students and 91 graduate students, the college maintains a rigorous academic profile complemented by a vibrant and diverse co-curricular program.
