    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    A minimum of 5 years but preferably more experience with SaaS - Software as a Service and Customer Relationship (CRM) required. CCaaS experience preferred.

    The Territory Account Manager is responsible for account management and new sales within the commercial market segment and specifically customers and prospects within the territory of MN/WI/ND/SD/NE/IA/KS/MO. Due this, we are seeking applicants from Des Moines IA, Minneapolis MN, Madison WI, Kansas City MO, Kansas City KS, Omaha NE or St. Louis MO.

    The responsibilities include meeting or exceeding the assigned quotas tied to the territory goals through client retention, customer contract renewals, customer upselling, and net new sales alike. You will work with the customers in their assigned territory to understand their business challenges and their goals and to position Avaya as a trusted advisor in assisting these clients through our technology. The territory account manager will also work closely with our business partners and partner sales agents within the territory to further expand our ability to maximize customer engagements. The Territory Account Manager II reports to the Regional Sales Leader responsible for the Commercial market in the Western US.

    ABOUT YOU

    Ideally, the candidate for the Territory Account Manager has greater than five years front-line sales experience selling "as-a-service" solutions high and wide within their top accounts. Candidates that have experience customer contact center technologies is an added plus. Candidate should be fluent in Microsoft applications as a user and should also be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platforms as a user. Ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be an exceptional listener, and know how to ask though provoking questions. Candidate should have strong organizational skills and have an empowered mindset. Ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or something similar. A graduate degree is a plus.

    COMPENSATION

    The pay range for this opportunity is from $80,100 to $100,100+ target sales incentive + benefits

    This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location
