For over 100 years, Girl Scouts has empowered girls to develop the skills and confidence to succeed in life.
Counselors are responsible for managing their assigned campers, their campers' daily schedule of activities, and facilitation of their campers' activities.
- Ensures that compliance with regulations governed by the following is met: GSUSA Policies, Standards and Guidelines,
- Knows the girls in the group and ensures their participation in activities and assists in eliminating their anxieties,
- Serve as role model and guide campers maintaining a positive high level of energy instructs campers in appropriate behavior language attitude ,
