- Provide care and supervision to residents to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
- Assist in the design and implementation of Individual Recovery Plans

- Physical requirements including lifting, bending, and fine motor skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to handle crisis situations and work during emergencies
