    Job Description *

    This team member will be assisting with our clients phone line and helping to answer emails and phone calls from customers in our clients National Accounts Portfolio. Requests from customers may include but are not limited to: invoice copies, explanation of charges, disputing charges, and records requests for company audits.
    The customer service coordinator will also have around 15-20 cases a day and a combination of 10-12 inbound/outbound calls per day.

    Compensation:

    $18/hr to $21/hr.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
