    At SafeStreets, we are committed to providing our residential customers with an exceptional 5-Star experience in the Smart Security industry. As a Smart Home Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the safety and security of families and homes.

    Our process is straightforward: there's no cold calling or door-to-door sales involved.

    We connect you with customers who are already interested in ADT home security. Your schedule will be filled with in-home appointments set up by our Inside Sales team. You will guide customers through reviewing their security options on-site and help them select a custom home security package tailored to their needs. You have the opportunity to earn uncapped sales commissions based on those decisions, giving you full control of the process while ensuring the customer feels safe and secure.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Assist homeowners in creating customized Smart Security solutions.
    • Ensure 5-star customer interactions; you will be the first face-to-face contact with SafeStreets
    • Perform customized installation, troubleshooting, and demonstration of ADT-monitored security systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with career aspirations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.
    • Proof of vehicle insurance (at least 100/300/100 coverage).
    • Smartphone or tablet.

    At SafeStreets, we prioritize the safety of our employees and customers. We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) or stipends to ensure technician safety.

    This role requires physical capabilities including working overhead, lifting 30-50 pounds (such as equipment and ladders), using power tools, and navigating confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
