Job summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company's quality system and guiding all employees to work towards company objectives and goals.This position deploys management systems for quality improvement (for example:
quality policy, continuous improvement strategies, problem identification, analysis, reporting and corrective action systems) and carries out all individual duties and responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of ISO/TS16949.

- Manage methodologies for evaluation.
- Implement supplier evaluation system to certify/qualify supplier, and document these ratings.
- Assist supplier to achieve quality system requirements.

Qualifications
,An understanding of die casting equipment processes materials is essential Knowledgeable with Zeiss Calypso or Brown & Sharpe PC DMIS CMMs Strong analytical troubleshooting skills are necessary to perform root-cause analysis for production issues implement corrective actions Computer-literate with Microsoft Office applications such as CAD Bachelor degree in engineering related field preferred Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred 3 to 5 Years of experience as a quality engineer in a die castISO TS environment Previous experience as an internal auditor Experienced in environment
