We have an excellent 6 months contract opportunity for a MES-MOM – Business and Techno-functional Consultant in Rocky Mount, NC
This is an Onsite role.

Must haves:

4-5 years of relevant experience.
Solution Implementation, Development, Upgrades, Support, and Customization on DELMIA Apriso
Experience in the Manufacturing Domain, specifically MES for Production line automation using Apriso FlexNet versions 9.5, 9.7, and
Integration of MES System with ERP systems

Job Description (JD) Summary:
Experience : 4-5 years

Responsibilities :

Solution Implementation, Development, Upgrades, Support, and Customization on DELMIA Apriso
Experience in the Manufacturing Domain, specifically MES for Production line automation using Apriso FlexNet versions 9.5, 9.7, and
Database Design, Development, Testing, and Integration in Apriso FlexNet
Proficiency in Process Builder, SQL (Scripts, Stored Procedures, Functions)
Integration of MES System with ERP systems
Knowledge of Business Integrator and interface configurations
Creation, alteration, and management of Indexes, Table Partitioning, Stored Procedures, and Functions in SQL Server and Oracle
Understanding/configuration of Central Configuration, CSS, Configuration Manager, Kepware OPC to MES systems
In-depth knowledge of APRISO MES-MOM software and its functionalities
Client collaboration for understanding business objectives, manufacturing processes, and challenges
Collaboration with cross-functional teams for project delivery
Unit Testing, Continuous Integration Testing, and Code review

Key

Responsibilities :

Incident Management
Root Cause Analysis and collaboration with Global Development Team for long-term fixes
Coordination with Dev/Release teams for code release/break-fix
Support deployment of code release/break-fix if requested by the plant team
Support Production Sanity Testing if requested by the plant team
SLA Management
Problem Management
Weekly/Monthly status report
Application and Integration Monitorin
