Registered Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

*Shift: *4x12 days or nights

*Contract:* 13 weeks

*Pay: *$2794 gross (based on 48 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns
Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization and Botulinum toxin treatment
Provide catheter care and sterile processing as needed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and selfcare techniques
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Provide health coaching and support to promote patient wellbeing

Requirements:

Valid RN license in KY
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Proficiency in performing patient assessments and developing care plans
Experience with ER, catheter care, Botulinum toxin treatment, sterile processing, or medical office settings is preferred
Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
