- Successfully completes manufacturing engineering project work on Value Improvement Process (VIP), business continuity and capacity projects, and efficiency improvement projects for their team.
- Maintains and enhances cross-functional team relationships.
- Works cross-functionally in identifying and resolving production/engineering issues.
- Ensures policies and processes are followed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of manufacturing, or related experience
- Experience in manufacturing problem solving, Process Change Analysis and production flow tools (i.e. LEAN manufacturing)
- Ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience leading technical teams (technicians)
- Experience with ERP systems and part costing
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and present ideas concisely via visual communication methods(i.e. tables, graphs, Excel, Minitab, and PowerPoint)

About the role:
Our team in Arden Hills, MN is searching for a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to join their team. This supervisor be responsible for supervising, leading, and providing technical direction to a group of technicians within a manufacturing environment. He/she/they will be responsible for ensuring proper support for manufacturing processes including: staffing levels, proper escalation of issues, and mentorship through challenges. This role will have direct responsibility for our technician team along with mentorship for the engineering staff.
