Oh, we're also self-funded which gives us the freedom to work on whatever we think brings the most value to customers and communities in the long run About You and This Role As an Associate Marketing Specialist you will join the North America Field Marketing team responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support across North America. Reporting to the Senior Manager of North America Field Marketing, you will be responsible for the general execution of a wide variety of tasks related to inbound & outbound marketing initiatives as well as analyzing campaign results. By working closely with your local sales team and the broad marketing organization, you will benefit from a learning experience on the ins-and-outs of field marketing while benefiting from an opportunity to advance your career in a high-growth, international, and open source company. Key responsibilities
    • Participate in strategy sessions around field marketing initiatives
    • Assist with new and ongoing field marketing initiatives to generate demand
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Development Reps as needed to support inbound and outbound marketing activity
    • Assist in drafting out content for ABM email drips
    • Compile internal data and help create a summary of specific findings at key accounts
    • Gather insights and review performance analytics for existing field campaigns, tweaking campaigns as needed to enhance results
    • Assist team with account based marketing efforts
    • Assist with planning and executing field events, including conferences, regional seminars, webinars, virtual experiences, and joint partner events.
    • Assist with the broader marketing team's initiatives as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience
    • 1 year of marketing experience, or freshly graduated
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
