We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to respond to emergent and non-emergent calls, providing medical support and care for patients in pre-hospital and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and provide best course of treatment
• Provide advanced medical care and basic life support services using appropriate equipment and devices
• Work in hospital setting under the guidance of an RN

Requirements:

• State licensure/certification as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse authorized to operate as a Paramedic
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification required at time of hire
• NIMS 100, 200, 700 certification

Working Conditions:

This position is part of our I-35 Regional EMS operations, with report to work locations in Moose Lake, Pine City, Hinckley, and Sandstone. Must meet driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.

Compensation:

$26.98 - $40.47 per hour. 72 hours per pay period.
