- Manage a team of 15+ performing ELISA assays for vaccine clinical studies.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
- Identify abnormal groups of test procedures, potential GLP failures or other unusual results.
- Oversee the functioning of subject-specific SOPs within the group.
- Demonstrate technical ability to support departmental projects including validation studies.
- Provide advanced consultation for technology assessments.
- Identify and lead continuous process improvement initiatives for laboratory operations.
- Present findings to a wide variety of audiences internal and external to Q2 Solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field paired with minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in cell culture
- Knowledgeable about neutralization assays preferred
- Demonstrated managerial experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $95, $142, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
