• Position: Speech-language Pathologist
• Reports to: VP of Clinical Services
• Employment Term: Full-time Employment

• Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Active State license required in good standing

• Knowledge of Speech Therapy theory, procedures, practices and equipment.
• Good communication skills. A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving.
• Thorough knowledge of possible hazards/necessary precautions/remedial measures in the treatment and care of clients.
• Ability to assess and implement treatment programs for simple and complex therapy diagnoses.

• Fully adhere to the Loveland Center's Code of Ethics and Core Values.
• Perform evaluations to identify therapy needs and develop specific treatment programs based off of those needs
• Communicate the speech therapy POC with clients, their families and other clinicians
• Practices efficient use and selection of supplies and equipment
• Demonstrates an awareness of legal issues, patient rights and compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills; ability to read/comprehend written instructions; ability to follow verbal instructions
