    Border Therapy Services is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist



    Border Therapy Services, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for providing top-quality patient care and working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of physical therapy practice.



    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for planning, providing, and coordinating direct patient care

    The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to maximize patient outcomes. This role also involves mentoring staff and students, as well as assuming leadership responsibilities when needed.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides high-quality patient care and assessment
    • Develops individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
    • Collaborates with healthcare team members and referral sources
    • Assesses educational needs of patients and caregivers
    • Demonstrates clinical expertise and leadership skills
    • Participates in quality improvement initiatives
    • Completes thorough and compliant documentation
    • Utilizes time efficiently and effectively
    • Travels to other clinic locations as required

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
    • Current Physical Therapist license, registration, and certification

    Physical Demands:

    • Requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds
