    Adecco Permanent Recruiting is representing our client, a leading provider manufacturer in the Wake Forest, NC area and seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep.

    NOTE THIS IS 100% ON-SITE, NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTION.

    About You:

    As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Strong ERP system knowledge and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and orders.

    + Process orders efficiently using the company's ERP system.

    + Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and maintain customer relationships.

    + Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

    + Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

    + Utilize ERP system data to analyze customer trends and contribute to sales strategies.

    + Assist with inventory management tasks.

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience in inside sales or customer service.

    + Proficiency in ERP systems and software applications.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    Physical Demands:

    + Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs.

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
