As a Plumber at Opus Communities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the plumbing systems within our multi-family apartment complexes are operating efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations to uphold our commitment to providing high-quality living spaces for our residents.

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues within the apartment complexes.
• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Assist in inspecting and testing plumbing systems to ensure they meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address plumbingrelated maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of plumbing repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing plumbing supplies and materials as needed.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.

• Proven experience as a plumber helper, preferably in a multifamily apartment complex or similar setting.
• Some knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using ProPress fittings and tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
