    FAR GROUP is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

    Schedule:
    Full-Time


    Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
    strategy.


    • Manage a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job
    evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;
    and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.


    • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
    resource policies and procedures.


    • Maintaining strong relationships and communicating changes.
    • Respond to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously.
    • Communicate issues to senior management as needed.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    • Payroll processing, Verify timesheet information.
    • Count the total of payroll costs, Make payments and file reports on time.
    • Complete annual reports and tasks to prepare for the next tax year.
    • Keep excellent records, Keep up with the minimum wage.
    • Keep up with all payroll legislation and compliance.

    Qualifications/ Skills:

    • Must have proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
    • Must possess knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • Must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
    field required.


    • Must have 3 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
