* Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs * Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers * Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment , functional assessment , staff performance assessment , etc.)
Requirements:
• Masters degree • Active BCBA certification , required • Valid driver's license , reliable form of transportation ,and proof of auto insurance
