**Job Responsibilities:**

Forms effective relationships with influential Staff members including F&B, GM, Bartenders, wait staff and CC members.

Successfully manage and execute against monthly quotas and set goals.

Make regular sales calls to designated accounts to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with service provided and to ensure key brands positioning and optimal activation of key programs and initiatives.

Builds brands visibility on premise by hosting mass appeal social events (e.g. wine dinners, seminars, tastings) and encouraging trial (e.g. promotional offers)

Understands the Competitive Landscape and is always working to gain competitive advantage though creative menu placements and promotions.

Stays current with trends by attending local marketing events and engaging with local trade groups.

Leads the selection, placement, and replenishment of POS for assigned accounts to obtain maximum profitability, market share, and sales depletions.

Can anticipate trends and developments in the market and is able to derive and define comprehensive priorities for assigned area. Is able to envision potential risks or delays in defined plans and can make contingency plans to mitigate envisioned risks.

Develop strategy for brand portfolio, diversification and penetration in each account.

Demonstrate consultative sales abilities through successful presentations of product, the promotion of new and existing portfolio items and the expansion of business.

Exhibit discipline and resourcefulness to meet/exceed assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives.

Participate in sales meetings, GSMs, on-site training, and remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments.

Conduct wait staff training seminars, execute bar night' promotions and install point of sale pieces on tables and bars.

Recommend create/design drink menus, wine lists and wine by the glass programs utilizing full knowledge of JB portfolios.

Available for ride-with with JB management and work-with for suppliers.

Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner

**Qualifications:**

Desire to sell and capacity to create professional presentations

Prior sales experience in wine and spirits industry sales or in restaurants and hotels preferred

Availability to work outside 8-5 schedule, as many accounts will be accessible best in early evening hours and occasional weekend events

Be self - motivated/disciplined, goal oriented, timely, and have the ability to prioritize

Team player attitude and actions

Be able to connect well with a large range of buyer types

Professional written, oral, and electronic communication skills

Ability to multi-task, stay organized and be efficient in the market.

Must possess a reliable car, a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record

Must live in or near Fort Myers/Naples, FL to best service the accounts.

**Education:**

Bachelors degree strongly preferred
