    Job Description: As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing direct instruction in accordance with students' IEP goals and objectives.
    • Differentiating instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
    • Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of students with special needs.
    • Monitoring student progress, assessing learning outcomes, and adjusting instructional strategies as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
