Our mission is to provide exceptional wound care services through advanced treatments, preventive measures, patient advocacy, and education. We aim to deliver top-quality, personalized care to each patient's specific needs.
The Opportunity
This contractual position involves on-call duties attending onsite appointments at patient locations to administer wound care. The Wound Care Specialist will evaluate medical notes from patients' primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to devise treatment plans and directly administer care. Services will be offered to patients in long-term care, transitional care, assisted living, memory care homes, and/or at their residences. The role involves creating and executing treatment plans to achieve successful outcomes, working closely with patients or nursing staff at facilities.
