    In this position...

    The Marketing Strategy Manager will directly lead campaign ideation and execution across digital, paid media, and owned channels to promote awareness and mid-funnel consideration activities supporting BlueCruise. The manager will be responsible for setting the strategy and the marketing plan, establishing measurement, and optimizing investment.

    What you'll do...

    As a leader on the team, you will be accountable for:

    • Owning the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to support business and marketing objectives, aligned to brand and creative strategy through integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and tentpole moments that drive results at each stage of the marketing funnel
    • Driving the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels
    • Leading the consumer marketing pillar and overseeing multiple marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency
    • Partnering with Integrated Services MarComms to develop highly effective, creatively excellent integrated marketing campaigns, including (but not limited to: Email, Social/Influencers, Digital (Web & Native App), Partnerships, etc.
    • Develops strategy to drive brand awareness and mid funnel conversion activities to with goal to advance qualified user acquisition leads
    • Tracks budgets and forecasts with ongoing measurement and reporting; identifies key performance indicators with emphasis on measurement and evaluation of effectiveness of executed plans

    You'll have...

    • Minimum 10+ years' experience in marketing and communications strategy and/or execution, with hands-on expertise in performance marketing and analysis. Previous OEM experience a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree required. Post-graduate experience a plus.
    • 25-40% travel - Once a month will travel to Dearborn, MI to meet with the BlueCruise GM Team and/or other projects
    • Experience working with and directing strategies via internal Marketing & Communications partners and external creative agencies
    • Highly adept at creating and presenting visually compelling stories via PowerPoint across all levels of leadership
    • Agile and resilient, possessing adaptive startup mode mindset
    • Skilled at working within and navigating complex matrixed organizations
    • Results-oriented, can forge progress and make sense of ambiguous data and work plans

    • Automotive industry experience highly preferred
    • Experience working with Dealers and/or franchises highly preferred
