    Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
    $1,720–$1,840

    Registered Nurse Qualifications

    Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

    Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Step Down, or acute care nursing setting

    BLS certification required (Basic Life Support)

    Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    PCU RN Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality patient care in the Prep & Recovery Unit (PCU)

    Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes

    Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely

    Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

    Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and ongoing care needs

    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
