We are seeking an energetic, skilled? Quality Control In-Line Tech for an opening in our facility in Ark City, KS.

We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

SHIFT: 2:00PM- 10:00PM

Main functions:

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for sample product, examine packaging, test finished product, check and record processing parameter information and ensure food safety, legality and quality.

COMPENSATION

The expected compensation range for this position is $17-$18/hr

Primary Objectives:

• Coordinate GSF Quality activities and operations to meet objective for quality, food safety, integrity, regulatory compliances, cost, safety and customer satisfaction at KanPak
• Participate in formulating and administering divisions short and long range goals and objectives for business growth
• Sample product and ensure quality through physical, chemical and sensory evaluation
• Sample packaging and ensure integrity through visual and tear-down examinations
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging formats
• Ensure proper processing through checking and recording parameters

Employment Requirements:

• High School Graduate
• Six months to one year in food industry experience preferred
