    Description

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will assist in the month-end closing process, reviewing accounting records, analyzing schedules and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial statements. They will also prepare reports with analysis for various stakeholders, including shareholders, business units, Airport Authority and others.

    • Review and analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Prepare reports with analysis for various stakeholders
    • Assist in presentation materials for CFO meetings
    • Handle year-end audit processes, including draft audited accounts and supporting schedules
    • Communicate with auditors and IRD for tax arrangements
    • Conduct internal control audits and report findings
    • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
    • Maintain and implement Accounting software (SUNsystem)

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Member of ACCA / HKICPA / CPA Australia or equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification
    • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in an MRO business or related industry
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in supervising and coaching junior team members
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese, good command in Mandarin
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
