- Assists in the hiring process i.e., recruiting, interviewing, screening, and placing employees.
- Gathers and analyzes data using HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Assists in the administration of the employee benefits program.
- Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Helps promote HR programs.
- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working within the HR Department.
- Exhibits the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Assists with related special projects, as required.
