- Assess client needs and refer to appropriate provider as necessary
- Assess par levels for supplies
- Administer client medication and provide ongoing monitoring
- Ensure supply levels for medical and wellbeing needs are ordered and stocked
- Administrative duties as needed i.e. scanning and filing paperwork
- Accompany and assist in medical visits for clients
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medication administration to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Necco policy
- Complete medication administration in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure that information from medical appointments is received by nursing in a timely manner
- Attend all required trainings and departmental meetings as directed
- Complete therapeutic behavior support/rehabilitation services as directed by supervisor
