    Wage: Starting at 16.50/hour based on experience

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a.m
    – 4:30p.m.

    The purpose of the Account Administration (AA) Specialist role is to complete all account administrative support duties for departmentt including, but not limited to; probate, scanning, privacy opt outs, USPS address changes, and daily report tracking
    Assist with UCC management and bankruptcy support (as needed)
    This role is critical to the Account Servicing department and assigned tasks must follow all company Service Level Agreements and be completed accurately, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Essential Functions
    • Serve as primary contact for probate, scanning, privacy opt outs, and USPS address changes
    • Serve as back up for UCC management and bankruptcy accounts according and process as needed
    • General administrative duties related to account servicing and office tasks
    • Maintain record of all modification accounts
    • Capture activities that took place on account
    • Assist in running daily files, and maintain request log
    • Handle/Supervise all front desk duties
    • Work assigned queues to ensure work is completed timely

    Required Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Aqua Finance experience preferred, but not required
    • No certifications or licenses required
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees both written and verbally
    • Must possess strong attention to detail
    • Must be able and willing to resolve problems, answer questions, and handle difficult situations
    • Ability to use a computer, fax or telephone application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, systems, and software by inputting data, retrieving specific documents, and creating reports to communicate information
    • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
    • Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
    • Ability to apply training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new job duties
    • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and accuracy required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
