Unit Details: Outpatient Clinic | Infusion Center | No Call |
Daily Patient Volume: Estimated 5-8 patients on average but rounding on a handful. Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.).
Additional Providers/Support Staff: General Front/Back Office Support Staff
EMR System(s): EPIC – must be proficient
Lic/Certs: Active CA lic | BLS |
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 45-60 Days upon completed application
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, 3-6 months w/ option to extend

Notes: Covid Vaccination w/ Booster required
Required exp: Breast Cancer, Bone Marrow Biopsies, Coordinating emails with ancillary services and outside referrals, ordering oncology tests, refilling prescriptions; HP will see patients at infusion center as well as round with infusion team in mornings.
