Location: Aurora, Illinois | Shift: Part-Time, Night Shift | Pay: $16.50/hr

The Role: Impact & Influence
You will manage critical administrative and operational workflows that keep our global security contracts running smoothly. This role oversees the processing, analysis, and dissemination of vital information to ensure our teams are licensed, trained, and ready for action.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Command the Center: Manage incoming communications and act as the primary point of contact for operational coordination.
- Problem Solve: Help employees navigate registration, fix hiring errors, and troubleshoot account issues.
- Maintain Compliance: Audit licenses and certifications to ensure every member of our team is field-ready.
- Bridge the Gap: Communicate daily with management to report on productivity and tackle special projects.

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center.
- Education: High School Diploma (Associates degree or higher is a plus).
- Compliance: Ability to meet all state-mandated licensing requirements.
- Skill: Computer, Microsoft Office and tech savviness is a plus

Requirements:
WORKING CONDITIONS (Physical/Mental Demands)

. Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others.
. May be exposed to or required to handle sensitive and confidential information.
