    Job Title: Customer Marketing Operations Specialist

    Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)

    Job Duration: 8 Months

    Salary: $26/hour on W2

    About our team

    The Customer Marketing team is responsible for capturing and sharing our customers' success stories as well as elevating their voices throughout our go-to-market efforts. We are looking for a Customer Marketing Operations Associate (contractor) to support customer marketing data entry, content development, and assist in customer marketing operations. To be successful in this role, this person must be a communicative self-starter, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and willing to dive into the details surrounding our customers.

    Projects & Responsibilities will depend on the needs of the team. However, the following can be anticipated:


    • Assist with team reporting and dashboards in Asana and Salesforce


    •Review customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements and record in Client databases.


    •Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository in Asana


    •Maintain team documents, folders, systems, etc. and suggest alternatives to help the team work more efficiently


    •Help project manage customer marketing programs, ie: customer hero photo shoots to include scheduling, staffing, routing content for customer approval, and building and updating trackers in Google sheets


    •Support various projects and initiatives that help fuel the customer marketing pipeline


    •Provide supplementary support for Adhoc customer initiatives, tasks, and projects"

    Skills:

    "Minimum required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    •2-3 years of operations experience preferred


    •2-3 years of data entry and Excel experience preferred


    •Highly motivated, self-starter attitude. Ability to drive projects forward without manager intervention


    •Strong project management and organizational skills


    • Strong social and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactively communicating priorities, roadblocks and updates is crucial for this role.


    • Deeply organized and detail-oriented


    •Proven ability to build and maintain relationships


    •Ability to collaborate with team members while finding opportunities to provide value as an individual contributor


    •Preferred tools: Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite "
