- Act as Direct Care Staff as needed to cover needed staff to client ratios
- Manage household budget and keep weekly checkbook
- Prepare and post Direct Care Staff schedules and assignments
- Submit weekly census to main office for billing
- Submit weekly as worked schedules and approve timecards
- New Direct Care Staff training
- Monitor Direct Care Staff performance through Evaluations and consistent feedback
- Consult with staff on work performance issues and follow up to ensure positive development
