    POSITION OVERVIEW
    The

    Marketing Associate


    will develop and maintain strong partnerships both within the internal Marketing team and with the Sales, Credit, and all other Lendistry departmental teams, in order to support the development, implementation and execution of marketing and customer communication strategies for the organization.

    The Marketing Associate should possess a strong ability to prioritize multiple requests concurrently while following through on vital projects. They are expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb communication, problem-solving skills and an outstanding eye for detail.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    Works closely with the Sales, Relationship, and Credit teams to support all marketing and customer communication strategies for Lendistry.
    Works with Marketing Department shared resources teams (communications/PR/social media, graphic design, web design, email automation) on all projects.
    Assists the assigned Product Division Marketing Team with executing daily tasks.
    Using excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail, creates/edits Marketing content for web, emails, presentations, and other materials.
    Learns, masters, and enforces Lendistry brand standards.
    Schedules kick-offs, and follows timelines to support projects day-to-day through completion.
    Represents the Lendistry Marketing team both internally and externally in an overwhelmingly positive manner.

    Regular attendance during business hours and reliable punctuality are essential functions of this position, and conformance with Lendistry's attendance policy is a key responsibility of the employee.

    Completes other related duties as assigned and support the Company's strategic initiatives.


    PROFICIENCIES
    Strong analytical skills - has a clear methodology and a consistent approach.
    Ability to execute multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Deadline and results-driven.
    Proficient understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
    Technology, Internet savvy.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
    Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator.
    Basic web design experience with WordPress.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Fast learner with creative problem-solving skills.

    Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
    Must be flexible, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and adapt easily to changing business needs and deadlines.
    Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    2+ years working in a corporate marketing environment.
    Formal Marketing education preferred; comparable experience acceptable.
    Direct experience working with and presenting ideas to team leaders.
    Experience in marketing B2B financial services, ideally business lending.
    Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and customer life cycle.

    Salary Range


    • $66,600 - $76,600/annually, depending on experience and location.
