The Security Plans & Cooperation Lead shall advise the Govt customer's leadership on the interdependencies between the Command's plans and security cooperation.

This includes understanding the joint planning process, identifying capability requirements, and advising security cooperation activities to address these requirements.

This position requires planning, programming, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation skills as well an advanced knowledge of foreign military sales cases, building partner capacity cases, and U.S.

foreign assistance.

Security Cooperation Lead will serve as the contractor's primary POC for all planning and security cooperation in the Directorate for Plans, Policy and Strategy.

#qf Requirements:

At least seven years of experience working in, or with, security cooperation with entities such as OSD, JS, DCSA, Security Cooperation Offices, Service HQs, foreign military sales implementing agencies, and CCMDs.

At least three years of experience developing joint plans at entities such as OSD, JS, Service HQs, and CCMDs.

Experience working with DoD and DoS security cooperation information management systems, with an understanding of the design and implementation of such systems.

Experience briefing senior Government leadership (three and four star General/Flag Officers).
Active clearance at TS level, eligible for SCI.
Ability to relocate to Stuttgart, GE within 6 months of start date.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds.
