    Become a key player as a Mechanical Engineer:

    The Mechanical Engineer will autonomously handle multiple simultaneous projects encompassing both design and construction. Their responsibilities will include preparing contract documents and specifications for intricate building systems, involving advanced calculations, systems analysis, quality control for completed projects, and coordination between fieldwork and construction activities.

    Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:
    • Perform comprehensive design of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, for small to medium commercial projects.
    • Analyze system alternatives and assess existing systems when necessary.
    • Coordinate all aspects of project documentation within A+S and with clients externally.
    • Ensure complete design compliance with relevant building codes.
    • Utilize AutoCAD & Revit for production, based on architect preferences.
    • Draft detailed specifications for project requirements.
    • Offer bid and construction phase services, including bid review, response to RFI's, scrutiny of shop drawings, participation in project walk-throughs, and provision of field observation reports.
    • Maintain proficiency in various HVAC systems, serving as a technical expert and resource within the office.
    Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in CAD is required
    • Experience with Revit is highly preferred.
    • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
    Pay Range:

    $85,000 - $120,000/annually
