Come join Riverstone Communities as a Bilingual Property Manager and manage our 657 unit community called Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park. Located at 6151 Forest Hill Blvd. West Palm Beach, FL 33415

Salary: $62,000 - $70,000 per year, plus bonus and commission potential

As a Property Manager, your job responsibilities would include:

• Excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build relationships
• Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
• Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
• Manage 657 units
• Comply to company home standards and manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - "thinking like an owner"
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events
• Set high standards for themselves and their team
• Manage a team consisting of 4 service team members and 2 additional office personnel
• Maximize the communities' profitability
• Work with integrity and honesty
• Work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments

Property Manager Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 3+ years of experience within property management, preferably mobile home property management specifically
• 3+ years of successfully leading a large team
• Must be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
• Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
• The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Computer proficiency, including the Google Suite and experience using Manage America, preferred
