- Fluidly and effectively move machine, create and move stockpiles and an ability to dig, lift, swing and dump contents of shovel into truck, car, conveyor, hopper or stockpile
- We will sponsor any mine heavy equipment operator so he/she may obtain the Commercial Driver's License
- Gather and analyze information skillfully and with alternate solutions in mind when necessary
