Job summary:
In cooperation with other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians acts as a resource provides answers to drug information questions for patients family pharmacists nurses physicians medical students undergraduate graduate pharmacy and students associate hospital personnel.
Responsibilities:
- drug-drug herb/dietary supplement drug-allergy drug-food interactions
- screens for appropriate hospital departmental committees relevant practice area participates in patient medication profile review for drug-drug interactions duplication therapy drug allergy interactions appropriate regimens coordination of patients pharmaceutical needs physicians nurses
