- Manage and maintain the production schedule using ERP systems to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
- Coordinate materials purchasing and inventory planning to support manufacturing requirements
- Work with production teams to ensure schedules are executed efficiently and production goals are met
- Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and other departments to resolve scheduling or material constraints
- Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure cost, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved
- Assist in establishing forecasting models and capacity planning for production operations
- Track and communicate key operational performance metrics
- Continuously review operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity
- Support communication between departments to quickly resolve production issues
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, and/or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or a similar role
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Epicor, SAP, or a similar ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with production scheduling and manufacturing workflows
- Knowledge of materials management and purchasing processes
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with Epicor ERP
- Experience in capital equipment manufacturing or contract manufacturing
- Experience working in precision or advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience with ERP reporting or production data analysis

Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to manage and coordinate production schedules within our manufacturing operation.
