    Harold and Associates, LLC, is looking for a part-time Maritime P-8A Pilot to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Courseware Developer at NAS Jacksonville.

    The contractor shall be part of a courseware development team to meet the below outlined duties, responsibilities, and tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Reviews, revises, maintains, and develops aircrew courseware, syllabus, and training materials for P-8A aircraft systems, to include pilot and aircrew tasks, duties, aircraft systems, operations, and tacticsProduces design documents, scenarios, guided demonstrations, graphics requests, and student and instructor materialsReviews and ensures quality, technical correctness and instructional soundness of draft and final interactive multimedia lessonsWorks as a team member, and attends working group meetings and conferences as requiredParticipates in all phases of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model of courseware developmentUnderstands and articulates project scope and vision to align with client and contract requirementsEnsures work performance meets deadlines and milestonesInteracts daily with active-duty P-8A Instructor Pilots and Government SMEsOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required and as directed by the Site ManagerRequired Education/Experience/Skills:


    Bachelor's Science / Arts degree in aviation or related field from an accredited college or university, a MS/MA/MEd degree preferredMust have a minimum of two years' experience in the operation of the P-8 within the last seven years or have a minimum of two years' experience working on revision and maintenance of the P-8 training program within the last five years.

    Must have knowledge of P-8A operational performance capabilities and understanding of platform's security classification and mission sensitivity issuesQualification as a P-8A Instructor Pilot preferred, with at least one tour at the Maritime Fleet Replacement Squadron highly desirable.

    Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiasticSuperior time management, organizational and personnel management skillsEnsures work performance meets deadlines and milestonesAbility to travel as required by work assignmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearanceMust be a U.S.
